Your order/delivery should be delivered within 48 of us being notified and scheduled. Although restrictions apply, you can bet that when we book an appointment with a scheduled delivery date and time window, your order WILL BE delivered on time. If we fail to notify you of a delay, and one of our teams show up late, you'll receive 50% off your agreed upon delivery fee.
We understand your time is valuable as well, and we'll make every attempt to accommodate your schedule and to be as accurate as we can when delivery is initially booked.
NO DAMAGE GUARANTEE
AT RHD, we deliver numerous fragile products and know many customers are concerned about breakage, dents, dings, and scratches. We load, wrap, and pad every order with special care to prevent damages. If your item arrives damaged, we'll do whatever it takes to make it right. Including, repair, replace, return at no charge, etc. It's that simple! We want you to schedule your delivery with confidence.
